- In his dream sequence, once Krusty is dead, he says "Now, the show is mine," indicating on some level that he still wants it for himself. Also, in the dream, Bart shoots Krusty, and does not himself die.
- This is the first time we see Bob mention flower shops, as he hypnotizes Bart to say "I was at the flower shop" if questioned.
